Wright Born and raised in North Jersey, in 1991 I found Downtown Jersey City just a mile from NYC with its easy access via the Path rail system. Although I was recently married in June of that year, I knew I had to make the move to take part in this hidden treasure. Having believed in this up and coming area, I left a career in my family owned auto dealership to blaze a new trail in Real Estate. I spent my first 9 years with the brokerage house of DelForno Realty handling all facets of the industry from residential rentals to industrial sales. In the summer of 2000 I established Harsimus Cove Realty and opened to the public September 1, 2000. Determined to succeed, we quickly outgrew our 1st location on Erie St. and relocated to our present one in the Hamilton Park neighborhood on the corner of 9th and Coles St. I love to come to work. Michael Del Forno I first started renting apartments in Jersey City on my summers off from college in the late 1980's. After achieving a bachelor's degree in business administration from Villanova University in May of 1990, I began renting and selling full time in Jersey City, and have never looked back.
